The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, which made for a good night's sleep during our romantic getaway. the shower was hot and had good water pressure, and the towels were soft and fluffy. the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and several restaurants. We also appreciated the 24-hour front desk staff who were always available to help.
The room had no soundproofing and we could hear every noise from the street and neighboring rooms. the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities such as a mini-fridge or a kettle for making tea.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the hotel's central location, very close to the metro station, which made transportation easy. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the helpful staff made our stay even better. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable.

This hotel is perfectly situated near the metro station making it easy to get around and explore the city. the room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the staff were friendly and available 24/7 to offer assistance whenever needed. the breakfast was varied and tasty with many options to choose from. the view from the top floor is breathtaking.
I did notice that the walls were a bit thin making it possible to hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.

Great location, close to subway station. Small but clean room. Shower and WC were fine. Very kind and helpful staff. Fairly good and fast Wi-Fi. Centrally located in Bursa. Close to Metro station. Receptionist are helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel's location was a highlight, with easy access to the subway station and a central location in the city.
The rooms were quite small and lacked some essential amenities such as a fridge or electronic devices. The walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from the adjacent rooms at times.
